A deposit is required when booking! Deposit is applied to total amount of service.
No children are allowed at appointments.
You have a 15-minute grace period; anything after that WILL result in a $15 LATE FEE with no exceptions. 30 minutes late appointment is CANCELED. You would need to reschedule your appointment.
48 hour cancelation notice is REQUIRED or 50% of service amount will be charged.
ALL color processing and tape ins require a CONSULTATION appointment before booking.
